Team View

This window displays a calendar of all employees who report to a Manager, and any leave applications that have been approved or are awaiting approval.

Rules and Guidelines

  • A brief description of leave record is displayed when the mouse is moved over a particular leave type in the Planner. The following details involve:
    • Name of Employee
    • Type of Leave
    • Number of Days/ Hours
    • From Date
    • To Date

  • The list of employees can be sorted by ID Number or Name using the Sort By options.

  • You may be able to view employees within your hierarchy.
